WINEMAKING:

"Alfeno Rosso" is made of red grapes with a 70% of Sangiovese, a 20% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% of Ciliegiolo grapes. The temperatures during the process of fermentation are carefully controlled and the wine after decanting will stay in insultated steel vats until spring time after the vintage, to be bottled afterwards.

TASTING NOTES:


Colour: Deep and very intensive ruby-red colour

Smell: Rich, with plein smells of wine

Taste: Full-bodied and dry. We suggest you to serve the wine in Bordeaux crystal glasses in order to appreciate the harmonious bouquet and at a temperature around 18-20°C. A good companion for red meats, medium aged cheese.
