WINEMAKING:
|
The grapes are grown in a
4 years old vineyard. The cultivation is strictly
organic, the manual selection of the bounches provides
a really perfect raw material for the successive
fermentation.
Chardonnay is fermented directly in the French barriques
with part of the sauvignon blanc. The remaining
sauvingon blanc is fermented in steel vessel. The
must fermented in the small oaks is submitted a
battonage for 8-9 months. After this period the
wines are assembled and bottled, for an ageing in
bottle that lasts at least 9 more months. This delicate
wine has intense tropical fruits aromas, especially
pineapple and banana, with vanilla reminds. The
yellow golden colour and full body complete the
characteristics of this round, soft and extremely
pleasant wine. |

Smell: Has intense tropical fruits aromas, especially
pineapple and banana, with vanilla reminds.
Taste: A rich and round, soft, full-bodied wine
with a long finish. We suggest you to serve the
wine in Chardonnay crystal glasses in order to
appreciate the harmonious bouquet and at a temperature
around 14-18°C. A good companion for
fish, appetizers, medium aged cheeses.
