WINEMAKING:
The 'Castello di Rapale Bianco Vivace' is an Organic Chardonnay.
Fermentation and maceration on grape skins takes places for a few days with part of the must fermented in allier barriques and part in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Afterwards the wine is stored in bottle for a 2 months refining.The soil and growing environment are treated as a resource, combating pests and diseases without using pesticides.
The result is a pleasant, fresh and floral chardonnay of valuable quality.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Straw yellow.
Smell: Crisp and clean, with subtle apple, straw and mineral character.
Taste: Light to medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a refreshing finish. We suggest you to serve the wine in Chardonnay or aperitif crystal glasses in order to appreciate the harmonious bouquet and at a temperature around 10-14°C. A perfect aperitif and a good companion for appetizers, white meats, fish with light sauces.
